The place
A contemporary ground floor where the glazing runs from floor to ceiling and the flooring is dark wood: the light comes in low and long, and in winter the frozen lake sends it back inside. Four bedrooms, each with a marble bathroom. The terrace is level with the garden, so you step out without stairs, which with ski boots on is not a detail.

The surroundings
One hundred metres off the main shopping street of St. Moritz, next to Badrutt's Palace, in a quiet area overlooking the lake. Town is a five minute walk: central and private at the same time.
Good to know
- The rate is per week, in CHF, excluding Swiss VAT of 3.8%. Minimum stay is seven nights.
- 42,900 per week, non catered. In November the rate is 39,500, in the week of 19 December it rises to 46,000.
- Three double bedrooms plus a fourth with a sofa bed: six guests plus two.
- One garage parking space only.
- Private chef and chalet host are booked separately, on request.
