Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 15 August 2026
1. General principle
Dimore Collection acts as an intermediary. Cancellation conditions may vary for each individual property according to the agreements with the Property and are stated on the property page at the time of booking. Where no specific conditions are stated, the following applies.
2. Booking deposit: NOT refundable
The booking deposit paid on the website (corresponding to Dimore's intermediation commission) is not refundable under any circumstances, unless otherwise stated in writing. This applies also in the event of cancellation by the guest, no show, or a change of dates not accepted by the Property.
3. Balance of the stay (adaptable standard)
For the part of the stay paid to the Property (or through integrated payment), unless different conditions are stated on the property page, the following standard applies:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before check in: refund of any balance already paid.
- Cancellation from 30 to 14 days before: 50% of the balance retained.
- Cancellation from 14 days before, or no show: 100% of the balance retained.
4. Changes to the booking
Requests for changes (dates, guests) are subject to availability and to the agreement of the Property. A change does not give rise to any right to a refund of the booking deposit.
5. Cancellation by the Property
Should the Property be unable to honour the booking, Dimore will endeavour to propose an alternative property or to refund the amounts paid through the website.
6. How to cancel
To cancel or change a booking, please contact info@dimorecollection.com, quoting your booking reference (format DC-YYYY-NNNN).
7. Consumer rights
Any mandatory consumer protections provided by the law of the guest's country of residence remain unaffected.
