2. Who we are and what we do

Dimore Collection is an intermediation platform: it presents a curated selection of homes and connects the guest with the property. The stay contract is entered into directly between the guest and the property owner/manager; Dimore acts as an intermediary and only collects its own commission or the booking deposit.

3. What data we collect

  • Booking and contact data: first and last name, email, phone, country, stay dates, number of guests, special requests.
  • Account data: login credentials created at the time of booking.
  • Payment data: handled directly by Stripe. Dimore does not store full card details.
  • Browsing data: IP address, technical device data, cookies (see §9).
